Home Cell Groups
What is a home cell group? It’s more than a Bible Study. It’s an integral part of who we are at Newport DOVE. Our purpose is to reach out to the world around us, prayer and discipleship (mentoring) through home cell groups. It’s the center of our church life and growth.
Home cell groups are a launch pad for ministry within our congregation. It’s a place to get to know one another on a deeper level than a casual Sunday morning greeting allows; where relationships are birthed and nurtured. It’s where we can exercise our gifts and talents. A home cell group evolves and changes as new people are added – a healthy product of growth and maturity.
For those of us who consider this our church, we’re part of a home cell group. A group may meet close to your home, or maybe you already know others who are in a home cell group. Each is distinctive and there’s one sure to fit you.
